For every month that your landlord or property manager uses a VerticalCloud for Landlords – Gold+ subscription plan, you will earn 3 credit points in your account. Every 6 months, you are entitled to cash out your credit points or continue letting them build within your account. As long as your landlord or property manager is using our platform, you will continue to earn points! It doesn’t stop with your landlord or property manager though. If you’re a landlord or property manager yourself --- using one of our products --- you can also reap the benefits of our referral program. Refer another landlord that signs up for a VerticalCloud Gold+ product, you will accumulate an additional 3 credit points each month. You can also refer friends, colleagues, and family to PayRentbyPhone or AppSingular for Tenants. For every individual you refer that signs up to use the services, you will earn a one-time bonus of 5 points.
