• VerticalCloud Traceability is an add-on product for VC Project Tracker that is fully customizable to your unique needs. VC Traceability is a full-featured requirements traceability and management suite designed to assist your project team throughout every phase of the systems development lifecycle. You can import data from HP Quality Center or HP QTP to quickly create interactive dashboards showcasing the health of your project.
• VerticalCloud Work Products, Templates, & Maturity Models provide your organization with a tool box of guidelines and roadmaps to kick start an IT project while ensuring objectives are met at every stage gate. The founders of VerticalCloud developed the VerticalCloud Systems Delivery Methodology (VSDM) from real-world systems implementation experience for some of the world’s leading companies. Independent Verification & Validation Services (IV&V)

Extending the "eyes and ears" of your project management team is made simple with VerticalCloud’s IV&V methodology. Our hybrid approach employs the techniques used in our leading-edge requirements and software quality assurance consulting practices, but also incorporates industry leading best practices based on SEI/CMMI, ISO, and IEEE.

The VerticalCloud IV&V methodology has been designed to answer two major questions for our customers:

• Did we build the system right? Through verification activities, our consultants can measure whether the system being implemented has been built right. Simply put, this is defined as the process of evaluating the system or component to determine whether the products of a given development phase satisfy the conditions imposed at the start of that phase.
• Did we build the right system? Through validation activities, we evaluate a system or component during or at the end of the development process to determine whether it satisfies the specified requirements. Validation provides our customers with evidence that the software and its associated products and processes are satisfied: requirements, intended use, and end user needs.

By remaining independent, VerticalCloud consultants can provide your organization with an unbiased review and assessment of a process or product with no ties to, or affiliation with, the organization conducting the process or developing the product. The intent is to provide you with confidence that what you’re getting is what you requested and will meet your business objectives.
